Pärla vid Mosel

Fantastiskt trevligt litet hotell precis bredvid Mosel och med fin utsikt över vinrankor. God mat, bra service och bra frukost. Lungt läge men ändå nära med bil till vad Mosel kan erbjuda.

Top Küche an der Mosel

Kleines Inhabergeführtes Hotel direkt an der Mosel. Wir haben leider in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer im Hinterhaus gewohnt, dafür war das neu renoviert und sehr ruhig. Schönes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche! Der Service und die Küche sind erstklassig!! Man versucht immer, sämtliche Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Trevligt hotell precis vid Mosel

Trevligt mindre hotell med vänlig personal. Bra parkering framför hotellet. Det kan vara bra att veta att det är många trappor och ingen hiss. Vi fick ett rum högst upp i en intilliggande byggnad. Litet men modernt och fräscht rum. Det saknades luftkonditionering, vilket vi kände till, men eftersom det var mycket varmt ute och rummet låg längst upp i byggnaden blev det väldigt varmt. Det fanns dock en fläkt som hjälpte lite. All el bryts när man lämnar rummet, vilket var lite synd då vi har en kylbox. Det är en mycket liten ort med litet utbud av restauranger, men restaurangen på hotellet var mycket bra så det gjorde inget. Ganska liten men god frukost. Det fanns en vinmakare bara 100 meter bort där vi var på en trevlig vinprovning. Det fanns också cyklar att hyra på hotellet.

Personalen väldigt tillmötesgående ! Cykel fanns till uthyrning, de hjälpte till med kartor och information. Trevilg och god frukost ! Tyvärr hade den trevliga restaurangen med god mat och utsikt mot Mosel stängt tisdag och onsdag, men öppet resten av veckan. Välstädat, fint rum m utsikt. Lite hårda sängar men helt ok. Väg mellan hotell och Mosel som stundtals var trafikerad…de körde väldigt fort ! 30 min m cykel t Bernkastel och 10 min m bil. Helheten gemytligt, vackert, lugnt, trivsamt och rekomenderbart !

Grauenhaft! Unwohlsein vorprogrammiert!

Auf das Motto "Ankommen und Wohlfühlen" hatten wir uns zuvor eingestellt. Leider traf das unserer Ansicht nach nur auf die "Chefin" zu. Die fühlte sich wohl, wir interessierten gar nicht. Wir wollten Frühstück aufs Zimmer - ihre lapidare Antwort war: "Ich weiß doch nicht, was Sie morgens so essen! Deshalb geht das nicht!" Abendessen aufs Zimmer: Unmöglich - angeblich gibts kein Personal. Außerdem sollen wir rechtzeitig Bescheid sagen, damit wir beim Abendessen überhaupt berücksichtigt würden. Fanden wir unverschämt! Komisch: Immer wenn wir dann im Restaurant waren, standen dort 2-3 Bedienstete rum - alle meistens ohne Aufgabe. Also: Wo hatten die keine Zeit?! Wir meinen: Personal gäbe es sowieso genug. Man muss die nur anständig bezahlen wollen!! Für die drei Tage ohne jeden Service mussten wir dann 480 € zahlen! Zudem hatten wir noch den Eindruck, die Dame mag keine Motorradfahrer. Wir fühlten uns ständig von der beobachtet. Am Tag der Abreise ließ Sie einen Mitarbeiter auf uns los. Der sollte fragen, ob wir noch den Hotelschlüssel haben - dabei waren wir noch gar nicht ausgecheckt....! Also wirklich: schrecklich und grauenhaft war das für uns. Wie im Internat! NIE WIEDER!!!

God oplevelse!

Fik et ualmindeligt dejligt værelse på ZUR TRAUBE, med udsigt over vinmarkerne. Ja, det lå nærmest i vinmarkerne! Og med Mosel floden til den anden side - som vi dog ikke kunne se fra værelset. Fik modtagelse og hurtigt tjek in. Hjælpsomme ejere og god information om stedet. Desværre ikke mulighed for at spise (alt booket), men morgenmaden var fin, og blev serveret på terrassen med udsigt til floden. En dejlig overnatning og vi kommer meget gerne tilbage en anden gang.
