Great location and wonderful room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the in room breakfast that came with the room. Conveniently located around the busiest part of town. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The hotel provided a very zen atmosphere as it truly felt like an escape. The amenities provided a relaxing ambience, from the pool to the beach. The hotel staff were also very friendly. We appreciated their attentiveness and helpfulness. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Wonderful room. A little far from restaurants.

The photo collection of this hotel are seriously misleading on the booking site. The photos appear to show a clean, bright and airy apartment when in fact the chair cushions are stained, there is only one seat in the place, and the grass on the first floor apartment deck is overgrown. There is no reason to sit outside with all of the vegetation and dirty outdoor furniture. Plus, the building sits directly next to two large tombs. That personally is not my first choice when staying in a hotel. We ended up staying some place else the first night but returned the next day as we needed to be close to Expo park. The positives are: It's directly across the street from a well-lit large hotel with a food court and Starbucks; within 3 minutes to Expo park by car; 1 minute from a Family Mart; strong water pressure in the shower. For the other reasons listed above, I will not be staying here again. If you're on a budget and need to be close to Expo, you can probably push through and stay here. Oh, and bring your own toilet paper. What's offered is pretty low budget and rough.
