「¡Una joyita oculta! nos fascinó este rincón. Está apartado, es súper íntimo y las instalaciones son comodísimas y preciosas. Pero el gran secreto del lugar es la terraza: en serio, la vista parece sacada de un sueño, ideal para arrancar el día o tomar algo al final de la tarde. 「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「Beautiful hotel with very well appointed rooms, lovely communal areas with places to sit and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and lovely bar area. Location is excellent - you can walk to Cusco centre and around the area from the hotel. Only down side is the rooms are dark.」

Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby. -Clean and tidy -Breakfast is satisfactory -Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:( -Wifi is weak, weak, weak -Water temperature and flow is ok -No fridge for the standard room 」
