Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area. Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight. Food was excellent. .

A one night stay after landing very late at night. Great check in, room service at 1am (delicious Soto Ayam) and a comprehensive buffet breakfast. Nice room, good size..overall a very good experience.

Lovley for older family’s. Kids club isn’t good for young or older kids. My 7 year old refused to go back. Very nice kept hotel, almost immaculate. Food not overly exciting. No swim up bar. Kids club closes at 5pm.

Friendly staff, great facilities. The food was excellent we had at dinner, and really reasonable price wise. Breakfast choice was fantastic. Really good value for money hotel and would recommend!

Hard Rock Hotel Bali
The rooms were clean and well presented. The bathroom doors were not the easiest to open and caused a few issues for my daughter. The rooms are smaller than some rooms at other hotels we stayed in, but we did have a 2x queen bed room. The outdoor pool area was good, however I feel the pool bar is ...
