"Smooth check in process. Outdoor pools were amazing. Great location, walking distance to the local shops and mall. However, rooms were very smelly, had to call housekeeping as toilets were not working. Breakfast was below average."

"This is our second stay within 2 years at Desa Potato Head. Everything about the hotel is top class, esp the service that is a world apart. On the margin, the hotel needs a bit of touch up and needs to get back their full poolside menu, which was superb."
