「The listing of this property as "Rendezvous Wellness & Resort" is misleading. If you stay here, you're not staying at a resort - you're staying at a gym! The property is just a three-storey building with the gym on the first two floors and "hotel" rooms on the third floor. The staff here were extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. If you ask them to do anything, they treat it as if you're asking them for an extremely complicated request. Terrible service, terrible attitude. Room design is...

「Highly recommend this property if you are looking to enjoy all that Ubud has to offer. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main market but close enough to walk. Great local spas in the area after a long day. Staff were pleasant and the facility is very clean. Only suggestion adding some music during the day for a little bit more ambiance or more activities for guests to enjoy during the evening hours.」
