Stayed in Jannata for 5 nights and loved it so much. It was an amazing stay. Great location and top notch facilities. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed with the food. The variety, quality, and flavor were outstanding — it’s rare to find a place that offers such delicious and thoughtfully prepared vegetarian options. Overall, this resort exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing food!

Everyone was super friendly and the staff went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was delicious and their cappuccinos were great every time. The complimentary tea time was amazing, and don’t forget to get a fresh coconut. AMAZING!! Cant wait to come back.

really pleasant and welcoming staff and rooms are quiet with little human interference but exposed to facets of nature. evening turn down service is a great touch as well as the special petal arrangement on the duvet as a "welcome"

Our 2nd visit to this amazing boutique room with an unobstructed view of jungle from our spacious terrace. The staff, the food, the room - beyond a taste of paradise and loved authentic balinese culture and local warungs, rice fields. We are returning again and have booked already to not miss out - highly recommend!!!!! not ubud town centre - but free shuttle from hotel for those wanting to experience busy town -

Worth every cent!

Absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful places we stayed on our trip to Bali. The room was gorgeous and had incredible jungle views, the breakfast was wonderful, two free 15 minute massages were an added and unexpected bonus, the staff were all so friendly and they organised a free cake for my partners birthday! I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in future if I go back to Ubud.

We got married at Jannata and the resort was spectacular for our elopement. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming, they were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the massage we booked was fantastic, we really loved the spa. Our room was beautiful but there were a few bits of maintenance that needed carrying out such as both the bath tap and shower handle falling off and the bathroom blinds fell of the wall and we had to reattach them. The resort itself is beautifully kept and it's a shame we couldn't stay longer than we did!

Location outstanding with beautiful views overlooking the jungle. Staff could not be more helpful especially Merry at the front desk. A blocked toilet gave us an amazing upgrade to a 2 bedroom private pool villa. We also got to experience a brand new 1 bedroom villa on our last night which was superb. Breakfast was fantastic with many filling options. The main pool had beautiful views and very relaxing to swim in. Shuttle bus goes twice a day to Ubud so easy to do a bit of shopping. Overall resort was truly beautiful. The spa on site was fantastic and reasonable priced. Bedding was fantastic with good comfy pillows and hot showers and baths were an added bonus. Please note that there are lots of steps everywhere so if there are mobility issues please beware. This will not deter me from coming back here as the service and accommodation was truly amazing. Thank you Merry and Gusti for a memorable stay ✨️ 🙏💖

Fantastisk hotel. Lækre værelser, dejlig pool og god service. Restauranten var under ombygning og midlertidigt flytte det bar maden detsværre præg af. Havde en lækker suite med skøn udsigt og stor altan. Var heldig at bliver opgraderet sidste dag til Villa med privat pool - virkeligt super lækkert. Kan ikke anbefales til gangbesværede da hele hotellet ligger i niveauer så der er en del trapper.

Sehr schöne natürliche Anlage im Dschungel Ubuds. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle nach Ubud zu einem festen Zeitplan an, der jedoch nur 3x am Tag fährt. Leider fehlt auf der Anlage ein Fitnessraum.
