"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"Bisma Eight Ubud is truly a wonderful experience. The design is beautiful, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and natural elements that fit seamlessly into the Ubud setting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in.
The service is warm, attentive, and genuine. The team makes you feel welcome without being overbearing. The pool and surrounding views create a peaceful atmosphere that feels private and elevated.
The location is also excellent, close enough to the center of Ubud while still feeling tucked away in nature.
Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return."
