Great hotel selection for Ubud

Friendly staff and clean room. The room was well prepared with water for guest. The architecture and interior were nice. Healthy and delicious breakfast options. Would love to stay there for a much longer time. Can walk to nearby restaurants, feel safe but will need a flash light for some dark area. May be a challenge for a solo traveler unless you have transportation.

Staff were excellent

I was upgraded to the cottage with pool from the ubud suite due to a booking error. It was beautiful and the staff could not have done more to help me. They remembered my room number and my order at dinner each night. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

The hotel is stunning, it looks great, feels brand new & we were really impressed when we arrived. The pool area is 10/10 and the location is a little out of central Ubud but taxis to and from are very cheap. We were a little confused when we arrived as there was no restaurant area, yet the hotel was not self catering either. If we ordered food it took ages to come and we often had to ask numerous times. There was also no real service around the hotel or pool area, we were told to get drinks from the mini bar in our rooms, had to make our own coffees and checkout was also very slow with no checkout staff present early morning. We stayed in the Ubud room, the room was nice but we found it very small for 2 people and our luggage. Overall we really loved the hotel, we just think there could definitely be improvements when it comes to service.

An sich war die Suite ganz gut, aber sie roch extrem unangenehm durch die Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Das Hotel, das Frühstück der Pool und die Mitarbeiter sind alle hervorragend, nur das Zimmer war etwas enttäuschend.

Deludente sotto ogni aspetto: assolutamente non un 5 stelle Ho soggiornato all’Amarea Resort Ubud per 4 notti e la mia esperienza è stata profondamente deludente. L’hotel si propone come resort di lusso, ma la realtà è ben diversa. COLAZIONE: Alla carta, con possibilità di ordinare un solo piatto. Ci si aspetterebbe qualità elevata, invece mediocre e privo di cura SPAZI COMUNI: inesistenti. Nessuna lounge o bar, solo il ristorante Nori (al chiuso e poco invitante) PISCINA: trascurata, nessun servizio e personale assente (vassoi della floating breakfast lasciati dentro) SPA: due piccoli stanze sulla piscina. Durante il massaggio di coppia il personale all’esterno schiamazzava disturbando la nostra esperienza. CAMERA: la villa con piscina è l’unico punto a favore della struttura, anche se con gravi difetti. Insonorizzazione non all’altezza (musica e urla dei vicini fino a tarda notte, nonostante le segnalazioni), vasca esterna poco sfruttabile causa capienza non sufficiente del boiler di acqua calda, presenza costante di rane (una molto grande entrata in camera). SERVIZIO CLIENTI: nessuna attenzione o scuse per i disagi sopra elencati. Al checkout, alle 5:30 del mattino, ci hanno persino chiesto di pagare due cialde di caffè da 1,80€, nonostante ci fosse stato detto che erano incluse. Per il rapporto qualità/ prezzo, il soggiorno non è minimamente all’altezza. Non offre servizi, comfort o assistenza degni di quanto si spende. Esperienza che non consiglio

Restaurant Nori is absoluut het lekkerste restaurant in Ubud. Fantastisch eten. De villa met 2 slaapkamers is erg stijlvol ingericht. Uitzicht op de mooie natuur. Enige nadeel, het gezamenlijke zwembad ligt volledig uit de zon.
