"Overall a really nice and new place. Very nicely done - and the on-site staff are great. What makes my experience less than perfect is the communication. I received messages from a bunch of different numbers - all of them in charge of something different. That meant that it was impossible for me to know who to contact for cleaning etc. And replies was always very late. That communication structure makes absolutely NO sense. "This apartment was not what I was expecting. To get to it you walk off the street and through a families property. The apartment itself looks like the pictures but is much older in real life. I was concerned about insects etc, fortunately I had no issues at all apart from the odd ant and gecko. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning though there are fans and lots of windows to open. It was clean and the host was very friendly. The location is great for walking to shops and supermarket too....
