"Staff was somewhat responsive. They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice. We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. "Hotel at very good cental location, with shops and supermart just outside. Nice friendly service staff. Room is clean, nice garden view. Birds chirping away in the morning. Garden ground has lots of colourful frangipanis. Within the hotel there are padi fields, may sit by the cafe to enjoy tooking at the green padis. Breakfast is great. Good choice for a Bali holiday."
