Quarto ótimo, chuveiro ótimo. Atendimento médio. Falta algmas informações a esclarecer. Café da manhã médio, pq não era 8 horas da manhã não tinha muita coisa. (Tinha muito hóspedes por causa do congresso). Estacionamento eles cobram a diária, mesmo ficando dentro do hotel e descoberta.

A equipe do Hotel se destaca por Gentileza, Educação,sempre Solícitos. O Quarto adaptado como pedi na reserva,sou uma pessoa com Deficiência e não tive problemas na minha estadia . A área é segura, bastante! Pelo preço cobrado já visitei hotéis de luxo com ambiente muito lindo. Este hotel transmite por parte de alguns funcionários um alto nível, sendo que não é. O prédio é velho, a parte externa faz barulho com vento que bate nos equipamentos dos ar condicionados. O atendimento é bom, a galera da limpeza estão de parabéns, a recepção também é muito boa porém como eu disse, alguns funcionários transmitem um ar de grandeza do hotel sendo que não é tão exclusivo assim. Para negócios é passagem é bom mas não vale o preço que cobram.
