"This old BW is being renovated into a *darling* little motel right next to the CSU campus. The friendliness of the staff is second to none. The rooms are very clean and have an eclectic vibe with very comfortable beds/pillows. There is no breakfast (just a basket of fruit and bars) so you will need to go offsite. (There was no mini frig in the room, so bringing your own yogurt or overnight oats won't help.) The location is incredibly convenient because it is smack dab on College Ave across from the old Field House of Colorado State. However, if you are a light sleeper, this is not the best location because any cars/motorcycles with loud engines, as well as emergency response vehicles (sirens), will wake you *every* single time (which is probably why the front desk gives you a pair of earplugs at check-in, lol). If you can sleep with earplugs, you will have a great stay. "
