"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small but very comfortable. There is no microwave in the room. The nespresso machine was nice but too small for our liking. We did enjoy the water dispenser with water bottles on the floor. The rooms window was horrible. You might as well just leave the window open cause that’s how it sounded. "

"No closet, bathroom floors needs replacements, no microwave, mini fridge wasnt cold, part of the wall was falling off, no assist with our luggages "

"While untucking the bedding for the evening, I noticed dirt or dead bedbug clusters inside both comforters. The t.v. was on and backlit the white comforters revealing the spots. Since both beds had it, I'm sure other rooms do too. The rest of room, hotel, and amenities was o.k. Breakfast buffet was excellent!"

"The room was on the small side but well appointed. The location was amazing with many restaurants nearby. The Metro station is literally across the street. Finally, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again. "

"Clean and located close to everything. Our room was very comfortable with a living room area and pull out couch. The breakfast buffet was chaotic and ate up a lot of time as there was no organization and very long lines. I would suggest skipping it. But otherwise everything was great. "

"The Expedia app said to call for shuttle. No one answered the phone both times I called. They wouldn't comp me for my Lyft expense because I booked with Expedia. The Shuttle goes to terminal 1 every hour on the hour. My room had a malfunctioning toilet so I requested to be moved. The second room was good except there was no hair dryer. There was also some suspicious activity outside the hall of the lower level room i was originally assigned. The desk staff were younger and not very polite. The Shuttle driver I met the next morning was very kind! But his drivers seat was broken and he was using a personal pillow just to make it more comfortable. It just seemed like the typical HUGE business with overworked or undercared for employees running things and having the excuse of things being out of their control. Breakfast was awesome! The room was clean! Overall I would stay again but Expedia should be more clear about the shuttle service directions. "

"well first I'm wanna start off by saying that the bed was so comfortable. I definitely expected more from a hotel room that was over $200 a night as the rooms were dated and the business centers computers were from the early 2000s. Can't complain about the location, it's walking distance to the White House. Overall I would definitely stay just because of how comfortable the bed was but $200 a night is insane to me but I guess that's the rate in DC"
