"Very well maintained with a polite and helpful staff."

"Firstly the door lock on my room was broken. It could not lock until you held the door from the inside a certain way. No one came to fix it. At times I would have to leave the room door opens which was worrisome that someone could come in and take my things. The restaurant in the hotel was not a great experience. We stood there for 9 minutes waiting for help, while an employee sat at a table talking on the phone. I assumed she was on break, and when I asked her if she was she told the person to hold on and no she wasn’t. Then said the person that works the front isn’t there. Ok we see that. Is the restaurant closed? She said no and proceeded to talk on the phone. I was livid. I went to the front desk to complain and the manager on duty gave me a $10 drink card, as if that helped the experience. I left the property to have dinner off site with my room door unlocked. I will never frequent this place again. I do. It recommend. "

This stay was the best ever. There has never been a time when everything was nice as it was staying here. The staff the cleanliness everything was perfect and this will be the place to stay from now on. "
