「Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.」

「Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. 「Really nice hotel. It was clean and had a decent gym, especially compared to other hotels. The staff was nice, helpful, and prompt. The rooms had more space than expected and was very clean. Slightly expensive, but a very good option.」

「Our air conditioner went out after a few hours every day. We had to unplug and plug back in several times to get it to work. I saw we were overcharged (charged twice) for our stay. Upon check out i was going to talk to the staff about it. There was no staff on site during check out hours which was strange. We had to call a phone number posted to get the situation corrected. 「Just be prepared to pay a double portion for amenities fee if you’re booking with a third party. It doesn’t matter if you have proof on your credit card that you paid. The lady was very kind and explained the system however you have some people that don’t pay attention to details and will charge extra without looking into a situation and get a nasty attitude with you when you ask a question regarding a bill. I’ve never experienced this in all my travels as Nurse and I will not ever be staying...
