「Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.」

「Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area. Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened.」

「The house is clean in the main areas that you need i.e. clean sheets and towels. However, it needs a good deep clean between the gaps of the couch, 'stuff' under the foot stool when moved, mold near the hand basin, bubbling above shower, dishes/cutlery needing a good wash. A fan in summer would have been helpful and had to chase the host for check-in details. Photos are better than what is actually is and could do with some maintenance and tlc.」
