"This was our second stay here. Fairly basic, but ideal to use as a base to sleep as you explore other things. The hotel was clean, as were the rooms. We were very pleased to note how quiet the rooms were, enabling a good noghts sleep. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was more than adequate with a good hot shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was more of a takeaway , and would certainly be an acquired taste! But overall, very good for that level of accommodation, and would certainly stay again."

"The location is good and the pub is nice but could do with a spruce up. Rooms look nice on first impressions but the bathroom had a lot of mould and lots of cobwebs. Also was a pair of underpants left behind the door which was removed when told reception. Laid in bed I noticed Lots of cobwebs all across the ceiling and lights and attic hatch. Other than that the room was clean. I would stay again."
