「Our cabin was beautiful and cozy. 」

「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

「If your are going to the soda springs ski resort it is very close. Less than maybe 10 minutes drive but the best is that it’s so close to Donner lake and the beach there. We will definitely go there summer time to appreciate the summer activities by the lake. I have 3 kids and they lived the 3 layer bunk bed. It was perfect for us 」

「Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. 」
