"The room was great it was everything i needed in the room. It was clean no bugs. It had a small kitchen with full size refrigerator and a small stove that was electric no oven it did it job a dishwasher, a big microwave, a coffees pot and it came with all pots and pans, dishes and many other things to use for cooking. The bed was comfortable and big enough for 2.The tv was hard too hear unless you had it all the way up to 100. The shower was good it was hot the whole time you shower and had what you need to shower. The towel were good and big. The staff was awesome i was running behind from my flights and the lady call to make sure i was coming and called to tell me that office closed soon. I think the lady stayed time and waited for me to check in and when i couldn't work the stove the lady came up and helped me and show how it worked. Housekeeping checked on us everyday. They would knock on door asked if i needed anyways they a gave me towels daily, took my garbage and asked if i needed anything daily. Staff is only there 12 hours aday there no front desk but there a office and there free breakfast. There laundry. they had vending machine with nothing in it really. So this place awesome for what i needed it for i was there 5 days and i will be coming back again and the price was awesome too. The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. I rate this place 8 of 10 but i would come here if you dont want to deal a big hotel "
"The best hotel in Anchorage. This is a convenient spot for a work conference with 5 very nice restaurants on the property with varied options. Courteous, professional staff and great location downtown. Some of the rooms are small but clean, comfortable and modern. "
"Wonderful suite that met and exceeded all our expectations. Coffee, water, half and half, full spice cabinet, pots and pans, kureg... everything you could need. Even provided dish soap and soap and fabric sheet for washer and dryer. Definitely recommend. "
