"Have been coming here for years. The property is lovely, clean, and well managed. The food service has declined notably from the quality it was before. The breakfast was awful - what I would expect from a mid-range chain. Dinner service has declined as well. This is too bad because it used to be a huge draw. Bakery items are now box mix cakes that are full of chemicals snd taste like it. I’m glad I have many of the original recipes so I can make them from scratch myself. To the newcomers, they should be happy. Those of us who remember how it used to be are generally disappointed. It is no longer authentic home style, which is what made it such a special draw."
