不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體
Building (A) 304 The carpets in the hallway's, elevator, and dining room were filthy dirty; and badly stained! Our room was disgusting! The mirrored closet door was smeared and missing the knob. Inside the closet was a dirty towel lying on the filthy floor. The bathroom had black mold growing around the edges of the popcorn ceiling, and the fire sprinkler was covered in rust. The ceiling exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The carpet was filthy dirty, badly stained, and reeked a putrid odor! The furniture looked as lf it was pulled from a 2nd hand store dumpster. There was mouse droppings in the drawers. The desk had scrapes, scratches, and gouges. There was 2 lamps.1 floor and 1 desk both shades were stained. The black-out curtains had dried blood spots. The air conditioner only had 1 working speed. I would have opened the window but, the screen was ripped and torn open. I went to the store and bought a spray bottle of lysol, paper towels and cleaned all touchable surfaces. I never would of thought I'd have to clean a hotel room as a guest!
What a dump!
