「Had a 2 night stay. Booked this property as it had an elevator and travelling with an elderly parent with reduced mobility. On arrival late in the evening we learned that both elevators were out of order. We were on the 3rd floor with no other suitable rooms available. With assistance from staff and another guest we made it to the room. We were able to switch to a lower room the next morning. All staff were very apologetic and went out of their way to help us make the stay positive...

「Self access = soulless. Didn't see another person. Empty tables in the dining room felt like the Marie Celeste.
Breakfast in a bakery and fridge in the room.
Very expensive for what it was.

「Loved this place...nice and quiet, clean and very well maintained. The (female) owner is a sweetie and was extremely helpful! Great food too. Loved the room..thank God there was a decently sized shower...North Americans appreciate this feature perhaps more than most! Very comfortable...」

「I confess that I was a bit disappointed when I first arrived - but the room was big and well appointed with an updated bathroom, and changed my tune., it’s walking distance to everything in town. It wasn’t hot inside during the heat wave, hurrah! The building itself is a bit shabby but the room was great. Very noisy at night so bring earplugs. 「My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel.
