The hotel felt very safe.Our room had a great view of the city. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor lounge/restraunt. Mary was very helpful and courteous when we had our breakfast. It was also convenient for us to get tea and snacks during the day. Our family of 3 also enjoyed massages at the spa. We look forward to returning to the hotel in the future.

Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, excellent restaurant. The pool looks great but it is not heated. It would have been good to know that in advance. I understand that heating the big pool is not efficient, maybe just one of the pools would have made our stay perfect.
