Everyday we had clean rooms clean towels even had water to drink and extra to make hot tea o coffee. The staff was awesome recommend short cuts to get to palaces. Also loved how staff was very attentive to your needs and made sure we were comfortable. If your thinking of staying here try there horchata iced coffee a MUST,

Please don't go to this restaurant in the hotel so dirty food terrible! Hotel didn't work the AC and TV please this hotel is only for people who doesn't care about this things

We have stayed at this hotel many times and we have always loved the food and the pool and the service. We stayed only 1 night for Father’s Day. The service was terrible- we could not get any attention from the wait staff. Sadly, the pool was filthy. We will not go back.

La habitación tiene un tamaño confortable alberca una temperatura fresca. El aire acondicionado en la habitación hacia ruido afortunadamente no lo utilicemos por el clima fresco / Servicio de Juan en recepción fue excelente / encantadora ubicación a 30min del centro de Tuxtla Una noche antes preguntamos por tiempo extra además del late checkout, nos comentaron que nos cobrarían extra y que podríamos pagar el mismo día de nuestra salida, aceptamos. Al ir por la mañana a recepción nos atendió la Srita Thalía quien fue descortés al comentar que se cobraría tres veces la cantidad que nos habian indicado, y que teniamos tiempo limitado para entregar habitación, aunque le comentamos que habiamos recibido información previa no dió derecho a réplica o investigar con sus compañeros. Encontramos una solución para nosotros, sin embargo, si es un punto a considerar que todos los asociados den la misma información
