Hotel sin servicios.

El hotel se encuentra alejado del centro, no hay servicio de transporte en el hotel y los taxis tardan en llegar mas de 50 min en domingo. No tienen agua caliente en la regadera y tampoco tienen servicio de restaurante aunque dicen en la página que si. Sus almohadas son muy malas. La decoración del hotel si esta padre pero es lo único.

No alcanzamos el restaurante para la cena porque cierra un poco temprano y la ducha casi no tiene agua caliente, en general es una buena estancia considerando esos pequeños detalles Y la imagen y diseño es muy bueno

GREAT breakfast, small rooms.

Rooms were rather small, but a nice place to stay if you are on the road headed south to Guatemala. Be prepared if you bring a pet to pay 300 pesos extra. The Restaurant is Totally GREAT. Awesome, black and white themes are dull, I think in Tuxtla Gutierrez with the Zoque Indians, Chamula they could bring in color, and lift the ambience to COLOR splahs.

It's a nice and comfortable Hotel

The staff is very friendly, hotel is really nice and clean it has a pool and a gym, they give us a chocolate bar for each person in the room and a water everyday, convenience store on the corner as well gas station, in a few restaurant on the area.

ES DESIGN HOTEL

Es una excelente opción de hospedaje en Tuxtla. El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo en general... el servicio es bueno y la comida excelente. Tienen detalles a mejorar como el servicio del restaurante, es muy lento y aunque la comida vale la pena, prefieres comer fuera del hotel. Les recomiendo poner calefacción en la alberca porque es helada y no puede usarse.

Don't let the pictures fool you!

I was really excited to book ES Design Hotel, as the pictures were incredible, I booked a premium room with jet tub since it was to be our last stop of touring Chiapas. I booked it as a surprise for my fiancé, since we both like to do extreme sport activities I knew we would both be dead tired, so I wanted her to be able to relax in a jet stream tub with some candle light. Upon our arrival we decided to go for a swim, I called the front desk to make sure there were towels by the pool I was informed that there were, we got to pool and there was only one towel we looked around to find someone who could help us And the hotel was deserted, needless to say we decided to go back to our room and change for dinner, at least we had the tub for later. When we returned from dinner my fiancée decided to take a shower so that she could later start the tub, well during her shower the bathroom flooded as well as the whole room, everything that was on the floor was soaked as well as our luggage this was due to lack of a shower curtain and poor allocation of the bathroom rug. she tired to make the best of it and start the tub Needless to say all the candles were used and the tub stopper did not work, by this time I was furious, I immediately went downstairs and they offered to down grade me! Instead of apologizing or trying to improve my stay, they offered to down grade me at almost mid night. Horrible stay, will not recommend this hotel to anyone, no wonder we were the only guest there!

Hotel agradable y moderno

Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas, con buen gusto, sin embargo el personal de recepción que nos atendió a nuestra llegada, muy desaliñado, no tenían las tarjetas de registro listas. La habitación muy cómoda, excelente cama y almohadas, pero el sistema de televisión satelital no funcionaba correctamente y le faltaba mantenimiento a la regadera. Por la mañana el ruido de los niños en la alberca, parecía que los teníamos dentro de la habitación.

Four Seasons service! Wonderful!

The service is phenomenal. It is absolutely great service; like the Four Seasons. I am an avid traveler and have seen the best and worst of hotels. The only con is not having a heated pool. Other than that; outstanding.
