「It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. It was super bad experience.
The room was super small, and the lunch was also bad, had a very bad thanks giving experience there. Will never...
