「This Unit is very dated, and very average. First morning no TV, the garden at the front was not clean or maintained, what a shame it would have been fantastic views to the Murray, Sadly will not go back」

「The Sportslander is just what I expected, an older motel that had all the basics covered. The room was older style, clean and on the end of a 10 day straight run of over 40 deg temps the pool and aircon did the job, the bed was comfy, there was no noise and had a good night sleep. For a budget one night stay, it did the job very well. 」

「Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to...

「First time staying at the Tasman Moama with two younger children. We loved the amenities and our one bedroom premium villa was modern and clean. Staff keep you updated via text message on daily activities/food vans etc which is very convenient. A couple minor things - there is not a lot of crockery or glassware, which is odd but a cheap and easy fix. Also would have expected some more activities, particularly over a long weekend. 「 I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future. 「When we booked this place we were expecting from the description on expedia a hotel in a resort with all the facilities described. Unfortunately for us it was a suburban 2 bed unit nothing like the description. The property needs maintenance and a good clean.
