"The hotel is ideally situated in Almeria, walking distance to the main attractions, beach and shops. The room was quite small but modern and clean with a nice bathroom. Staff were welcoming and friendly, helpful in giving information. A good breakfast available for a reasonable price. The only slightly negative note was that it was quite noisy inside so ear plugs recommended. Having said that we would be happy to stay here again. "

"Quiet hotel in a semi run down area. Not much around. When we were there the parking was 'broken' so we parked behind the hotel in a free 'car park' which was half a demolish site. "Roman baths and massage were excellent value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Rooms were ok and although the pool area on the roof top looked very inviting we found some of the decking and sunbeds were broken and the area generally untidy with dirty plates and food left on the tables and even a nappy ! The hotel has a range of facilities, although we only used the indoor pool as the outdoor pools were closed due to very strong winds. Outside bars were also closed leaving only the sports bar as an option for food and drink. However there are several restaurants a short walk away toward the beach. Room was excellent but we thought the charge of 8 euros to park was a bit excessive. Fortunately we got there early and found a space but the only other option was a public car park adjacent to the hotel! hardly what you'd expect from a 'luxury resort hotel'. Receptionist was efficient but a smile and 'have a nice day' wouldn't have gone amiss."
