"Great hotel..... but given wrong information about breakfast we was told 11am... turned up at 10.10am and everything was put away, wouldn't have harmed them to offer coffee and pastries..... roughly another five couples in the same predicament"

"The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. They were going to change our room as they thought my mum would struggle getting into the shower. The room they were going to exchange for us had gone, so they offered us an upgrade to a suite. What an experience that was. It was great. Great location for the train station and town centre. The check in at 3 and check out at 12 really made the visit. Price also included robes, free bottled sprinkling water and a fridge which came in handy for our wine and processo.😊"

"Super attentive and friendly reception staff. Great large twin room with mini fridge; tea & coffee, water & biscuits - even milk for the coffee! Iron & board, harder and lovely toiletries. Despite facing the square the room was quiet. Also great to have easy controllable air con. Oh and definitely eat dinner at the Cinnamon Kitchen! Truly gorgeous and a bit different from the usual curry plus pretty reasonable!"

"It was the first time at this hotel and we were very impressed, we didn’t need disability shower room, but a great idea to include it and the self catering side of things was great also, not that we used it this time but it’s nice to know it’s there if staying more than one night. Cheap as well a suite for £96 pounds with breakfast. Would definitely return."

"Newly refurbished and nicely done. Overall the hotel is a 5 out of 5. Breakfast used good quality ingredients, but staff were overwhelmed at what was clearly a peak time- hash browns still frozen solid in the middle and most other items cold. Unhelpful lady on Sunday morning too- I asked where the eggs were and was told they were "over there" when they clearly weren't. It would have taken her 2 extra seconds to help. Maybe just a bad day. Also parking isn't really an option as advertised. There are less than 20 spaces which are already full at the 3pm check in time, so I wasted 20 minutes finding somewhere else. Despite all that- would stay again at under £150 on a weekend."
