No power the next morning i went down i needed a plug for hair dryer they didnt have one even though they were running on a generator. No coffee either. You would habe thought they would have had a better plan. I know our weekend away was ruined"

"Amenities rated low due to power outage from 6pm at check-in on Friday, Mar 13 til 9:30am Sat, Mar 14. Staff were very polite to those who were rather perturbed about no hot water and electricity."

"I asked house keeping for a towel and they told me to ask the front desk. We could hear the elevator moving while trying to sleep. I just was craving a Diet Coke and when I asked the front desk if she knew where I could get one she replied NO .. no breakfast, the restaurant was closed. Hell it was difficult to get a cup of coffee "

"Welcoming front desk staff, we had a late check in, she made sure to add my note to the staff notes so everyone knew and were on the same page. Welcoming and just great communication and service. Also I liked that she didn’t say my room out load even though no one was around. "
