The facilities are a bit old, but I had a good time without any inconvenience. I liked the large windows for good ventilation and the fact that it was located in Lingotto. I will stay again when I come to Turin.

I stayed 1 week at Ostello Torino in October 2024. All staff - reception, cleaners etc. were all lovely - helpful and friendly. The area is great for a base because it’s on the main train lines. Did some easy half-day excursions by train to Sacra di San Michele and Alba/Bra in the countryside. 6 min train ride to central Turin. The nearby shopping centre in the old Fiat factory was interesting too. Inclusive breakfast is unusual for a hostel especially at the great price. Very impressed with Ostello Torino.

Bauweise kalt (Stahltüren und Betonboden wie in einer Firma, einsames und anonymes Haus, nur Rezeption da und Fahrstuhl sowie verschlossenem Esstraum mit kalten Plastikstühldn, wo man mal Menschen begegnen kann. Das Badezimmer gleicht einem Bad im Altersheim oder Krankenhaus. Das einzig positive war die Fußbodenheizung!

NOT SAFE !. Soggiorno da incubo. Osceno

ATTENZIONE : Bruttissimo posto , ostello peggiore che ho visto in vita mia. Brutto , vecchio , povero , letti ammassati , uno vicino all' altro come una prigione asiatica. Puzza nella camere, presenza di mosche e moscerini , armadietti che" stranamente non si chiudono" e si aprono facilmente. Scarsa sicurezza. Personale scorbutico , non amichevole , Il proprietario mi ha trattato in malo modo. Non mangiate nulla dalla colazione , prodotti di scarsa qualità, presa gastroenterite. Offese alla persona, violenze ed insulti verbali perpetrati alla mia persona senza motivazione valida. Non ci andate! Sono scappata da lì .

Ho soggiornato nell'ostello Torino per una notte. La struttura, come ogni ostello destinato anche a studenti, è "spartana" ma ben organizzata e funzionale. Avevo chiesto una camera tripla, per me, mia moglie e mia figlia: me ne hanno assegnata una quadrupla, con bagno interno, e siamo stati comodissimi. Gestore molto cordiale ed efficiente, camera pulita, con buoni letti, materassi e cuscini, colazione varia e abbondante. Dunque tutto bene, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e siamo stati contenti. Un ottimo hostel situato in un posto tranquillo vicino alla stazione FS lingotto. Colazione mediocre, potrebbe avere qualcosa di salato in aggiunta come un prosciutto cotto e un formaggio. Propietario eccezionale e disponibile a tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente, unica pecca è uscita x le 10, ma se non ci sono prenotazioni lascia ancora qualche tempo senza problemi.
