The words will fall short of expressing my gratitude to the hotel staff. They were accommodating while trying to contact the airline's lost and found department. They provided me with temporary toiletry and continued to create a hospitable atmosphere until the minute I left. Thank you, I am eternally grateful.

This place was great! Our hotel room looked like it was straight out of an old Hollywood movie with its double level and balcony to sit outside and look onto the street. The staff was great and the location was an easy walk to amazing sites! We would definitelty stay here again and recommend it!

Very central, yet affordable. Always friendly personnel. Used it as my base for visiting the Esperanto World Congress - tre ĝoja evento kun 1200 parolantoj de la tuta mondo!

Fabulous Find
The family room was spotless and very spacious for 2 adults and an older teenager. The breakfast was incredibly good value with a range of hot & cold food, plenty of choice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, everything you want to see within walking distance and next door to one of Turin's railway stations. However on saying that there was no noise and the 3 night stay was comfortable and we all slept really well in comfortable beds. Would definately return to this hotel.

Great base for a 3 day trip to Turin
Really convenient hotel right beside the railway station (quite spectacular and worth a look) but not noisy. Easy walking distance from shopping in the Lagrange area, museum of the Rinascenti, the Palazzo Réale and the Sabauda gallery. Lots of local restaurants. Pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast for 7€. Parking was a bit if an issue - used on-street close to the hotel at 10€ per day which was fine but finding a space was a bit of a challenge.

We liked the location. Didn't like the plastic chair, flimsy plastic tea/coffee cups with a dangerous handle, plastic spoons that won't stand the heat.

Good value accommodation.
This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station for those arriving in Turin by train. The room we occupied was quite spacious for the three of us and very clean. The breakfast room is large and offers a very good selection of breakfast options. The only downside for our stay was the lack of wifi for the first day due to an outage in the area.

A friendly welcome. Room had a large bathroom and a great bed - choose the superior. It’s worth it. Great breakfast- best value by far in 6 weeks of travel in Europe. Close to railway station and city, yet quiet enough to sleep

Great Location!
We've stayed in this hotel before and find the location convenient. The exterior of the hotel is currently undergoing renovation so with the scaffolding it made the room seem dark.

We asked for a room with a balcony and we got one on the inside of the building looking at an old apartment building with laundry hanging over the railing. No view!!! The whole building was encased with mesh, because they were working on it. We should have been notified and then we could have made other arrangements. All in all very disappointing

It was quite a nice stay, clean hotel and polite staff. The only unfortunate aspect was that the entire hotel was covered by construction barriers as it was being painted during our stay. So we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view or access our quaint little balcony. Maybe next time.

Nice stay in Torino
The rooms are nice, clean, and big enough. The breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay. The area is close to the train station P.N. but it is overall safe and close to the center (15-20min)

Nice Hotel near to train station, Egypt museum and Plaza San Carlo. Clean spacious bedroom and bathroom. Our room had a balcony. It was nice being able to open the door that goes to the balcony and had fresh air
