great, very central

Great hotel, very central. We had a big room Which was comfortable and quiet. There are 2 parts to the hotel and we were ‘over the road’ which was fine for us but just an fyi for those less mobile. Staff were very friendly.

appena arrivato in struttura mi dicono che expedia aveva sbagliato la tariffa (ho pagato la presunta differenza)-camera dislocata rispetto alla ricezione(altra via)-alle ore 7,00 am provavo a fare la doccia e dopo aver manovrato per 15 mn (niente acqua)ho contattato il n°del proprietario senza ricevere risposta ! andando via dalla struttura sentivo che un altro ospite si lamentava della doccia !

Nice B&B right in the city center

Conveniently located. Nice and clean. My room was a bit noisy. Beside the street traffic, which is predictable in a city, there was an A/C style "soundtrack" not so pleasant that went on part of the night. At some point it stopped to come back in the morning (the A/C wasn't neither in mine nor in the other rooms, apparently it came from the ceiling/roof). Friendly staff and nice breakfast

Comoda posizione ma un soggiorno che non può certo definirsi confortevole. Un prezzo davvero eccessivo e troppo elevato per i servizi offerti, dalla mancanza di professionalità e cordialità del personale, alla colazione per niente di qualità, alle stanze non accoglienti, pulite il giusto e dallo stile troppo “retrò” nelle dotazioni.

Si llegas tarde puedes encontrarte la recepción cerrada. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña (no tiene nada que ver con las fotos) no tiene escritorio y el baño no transmite sensación de higiene. El desayuno es menos generoso que en otros hoteles y de poca calidad. Además, te cobran 3€ por dejar las maletas. La ubicación es excelente.

Sfeervol hotel op prima locatie

We vonden het hotel erg sfeervol, geheel in authentieke stijl ingericht. Het is uitstekend gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum en zeker ten opzichte van de wijk met restaurants. Wat wij bijzonder op prijs stelden was de mogelijkheid om de auto onder te brengen in de parkeergarage, tegen geringe kosten. De eigenaar was zo vriendelijk ons daar persoonlijk naar toe te leiden.

Prenoto due camere ma ne trovo una

All'arrivo all'hotel la signora alla reception ci dice che, a causa di Expedia, è stata prenotata una sola camera doppia e non due, come da me richiesto ad Expedia. Risultato: ho dovuto prenotare in loco la seconda camera, naturalmente a un prezzo maggiore. Siamo comunque stati "fortunati" di trovare posto nello stesso albergo...

Non comprendo i punteggi alti. Il check in chiude alle 20.00 cosa non scritta sulla prenotazione arrivata via email, per puro caso e cortesia il giorno della partenza decido di chiamare per dire che saremmo arrivati a Torino alle 23.00 causa impegni lavorativi, mi fanno un bel po' di storie ma alla fine mi danno l'ok. Durante il viaggio ci accorgiamo del traffico e per cortesia richiamiamo per avvisare che saremmo arrivati 1 h più tardi. Il proprietario inizia ad urlare al telefono maleducatamente e dire che non ci avrebbero assolutamente aspettati e che si sarebbe già prelevato gli 85 euro della notte nonostante noi gli avevamo ribadito che saremmo arrivati allora, la mattina seguente. Siamo stati costretti alle h 23.00 a trovare una sistemazione last minuite e quindi sostenere una spesa aggiuntiva e non prevista. La mattina seguente siamo stati accolti con urla e prepotenza del titolare che non voleva nemmeno sentirci parlare dopo che io gli ho fatto notare che non è stato un bel gesto prelevare la prima notte in anticipo se noi arrivavamo come detto la mattina dopo. Non ci hanno dato la camera ma un appartamento fuori dalla struttura, anche esso molto vecchio con odore di vecchiume cosi come in hotel. Colazione con cornetti cosi duri che abbiamo optato per farla al bar. Parcheggio 20 euro per 24 h. A parte l'ottima posizione e il ragazzo alla reception che si è scusato tante volte ed è stato super disponibile nemmeno a sforzarmi riesco a trovare una cosa positiva!!!!

Chambre confortable à la déco originale, très propre. Manque de rangement, si on séjourne longtemps, pour 2 jours ça allait. Hotel bien situé, centre, proche marché de turin, rue piétonne, transport en commun.
