「Stayed one night at Royal Shanaya Villa, 3 bedroom. Loved the luxurious bed and private pool. It was clean and in great condition. The grounds of the property are amazing. The shuttle was quite fun! Contra: the river could be cleaned up. There is construction next to our villa.」

「It looked good in general, except that the hotel failed to allocate me to a higher floor (in my advanced request) a small room in the 2/F.」

「A lovely old building, unfortunately a mass renovation was happening when i stayed. Despite that it was still a nice stay. The staff were great, the restaurant good and the room nice.」

「The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.」

「整體來說可以，員工服務不錯 房間清潔程度不夠 部分房間窗戶破舊 而且三人房只有兩套杯 及衛生用品 淋浴設備 水力充是 而且熱水可以洗澡只是浴室有點清潔不足 但作為中轉站 是可以接受的 。」

「All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.」
