「We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. 」

It was great to chill in the lounge with a drink after a tiring day and the staff were very attentive. Looking to stay here in the Winter for a ski trip now.」

「Un ÉNORME MERCI au jeune homme qui a attendu notre arrivée tardive imprévue (plus de minuit !) alors que nous aurions dû arriver autour de 19H ! Aimable, gentil et efficace !!! Une belle et immense résidence ! les chambres sont grandes, la propreté et le calme parfaits ! Stationnement fermé et sécurisé pour nos motos (ou pour votre voiture !). L'environnement est magnifique, idéal pour la randonnée en été, le ski en hiver ! Restauration/commerces dans un petit village tout proche.」

「The hotel is in a great location in central Tirano. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - with unique neon signs over the beds. There are a few spots onsite to park and I was able to get one of those. Alessia on reception is extremely efficient and also very friendly. You get breakfast in a restaurant a short walk away. The breakfast is fine but I suggest cheese is served away from the meat for vegetarians like me. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant also. The...
