Staff were friendly & check-in and check-out were easy. Bed was clean & comfortable. Room was spacious. However, the bath area & outlets need updating. Parts of the tub were dirty and some caulking needed replacing. The tissue holder was falling out of the wall. None of the outlets would keep things plugged in and the charging ports didn’t work.

Parking was fine. Once i stepped inside, the hallways smelled like smoke. The whole hotel is dated. The spa has no jets. It's just a large tub. There's a big glass wall between the spa and sleeping areas. If you're in the room with someone, they can watch you take a bath/shower through the the glass wall. No privacy at all.

Everything in the room was in order except the toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall and the overhead lighting was lacking. Bring your own shampoo. Coffee in the room and in the lobby.

It’s hard to find and smells when you walk in… when I went to look at my room it was filthy… I had to clean and disinfect everything! There are roaches everywhere and burns in the bed covers… there were no batteries in the remote and the towels had stains… the bathtub had no handle… I took a picture and you could not control the water temperature

This is a budget motel so you have to go in realizing you are going to get the bare bones necessities. That being said, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was clean and well kept. Location was convenient just off the highway.

There were black hairs on the bed sheets, on the table, and in the bathroom sink. When I complained they did come and change the sheets and wipe down the other areas. I couldn’t try another room because they were sold out as were most of that city’s hotels. However, I left the hotel for the conference I was attending, and when I returned at 11:15 pm tired and ready for sleep, there were a few more black hairs on the “clean “ sheets they had put on the bed earlier. The door to the bathroom was shabby as it had apparently been kicked in and had a big indentation in the middle. There was also poor lighting in the room. They do not offer a continental breakfast. The staff were friendly but that’s all I have to say that’s good about the place. I do not recommend this hotel!
