Hotel is quite large, staff are friendly and very accommodating, lobby, reception and restaurants very first class. Pool and patio quite lovely. Rooms are large, bathroom could use an upgrade as well as the hallways which tended to be a bit noisy.at times.

This is a nice hotel however i wished the indoor pool was available and spa hamam service. The housekeeping and staff alike arw friendly the staff at resturant buffet style lack good english its hard french is wildely spoken.

2 star hotel - Will not come back!

Don’t expect a 5 star hotel. Our check in was 1 hour late, even though we got there late in the afternoon (4pm) . We were staying there only one night for a wedding, which we almost missed because of the delay. There’s construction in the building which is very loud. Sound echos in the hallways and the staff and guests speak super loud so it’s impossible to sleep. We had a late checkout at 3 but kept being bothered by cleaning staff and front desk from 1 pm. When I told the front desk about the above, they didn’t care one bit. Didn’t comp anything, didn’t apologize -Just told me I should have called and maybe better next time. I’ll never come back!

Hotel en travaux

Nous avons passé 3 jours avec lequel nous n avo s pas pu nous reposer a cause ds travaux de l hotel. Impossible de dormir. Malgré tout il nous ont offer un massage en couple. Le sauna, hammam et piscine interieur fermes a cause de travaux. Dommage car c etait un cadeau que je voulais faire a ma petite femme... Tres déçu
