The noise isolation was almost in-existent. We had to interrupt our stay as our daughter could not sleep at all due to the super loud noise traffic, coming from the road just next to the hotel.

The staff is super nice and honest especially Nora on the front desk manager she made sure that I got back jewelry that I left in the room. The location is excellent to go out for dinning and shopping. And the beach is across the street . The breakfast is excellent . Thank you team dar El marsa .

Boonjour, J ai quitté l hotel vu que ma reservation n a pas ete respectée bien que j ai fait deux appels par phone pour preciser au service reservation pour chambre vue sur mer ce qui m a ete confirme par phone. A cela s ajoute le personnel a la reveption n etait pas correct dans son langage. Malgré ces contraintes dues au non recpect de l engagement de l hotel , la recptionniste M avait indiqué que le premiere nuitée me sera facturee. Quelle audace!

A pleasant stay

A comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A good location right on the front close to many restaurants and the beach. We had a sea view room which meant we were at the front of the hotel on a busy road which could be a bit noisy and the bathroom was small and not well designed with a large sink taking up too much room and the shower was over the bath which was so high it had a step to get in, not good if you're a little immobile. A very nice roof top bar and restaurant.

Nice location hotel

The hotel at good location, opposite the corniche. Restaurants and cafes at walking distance. Breakfast standard in quality and quantity. Staff were polite. The service was behind. Requested room service didn't arrive.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful and the service was 5*. Clean property with great facilities. The spa was great value for money, clean and the hamam and massage was 5*. Would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Modernes Hotel, göttliche Dachterrasse mit Pool

Der Empfang war herzlich und der Check in war schnell gemacht. Die Dachterrasse mit seien Pool ist eine Oase und biete viele Ruhe am Tag. Abends ist es herrlich den Sonnenuntergang hier zu genießen. Das Hotel liegt zentral nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und entlang der Strandpromenade gibt es viele Restaurant und Bars. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und vor allem sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.

Great Hotel

Although there were some hiccups, the management of the hotel was provided some feedback and they worked at solving the issues quickly. I will go back to this hotel because it offers the quality amenities that I love.

The location is great, but the hotel is overpriced because of it. Breakfast was nothing special and low level service. The hotel restaurant is not family friendly. Nothing is "wrong" with the hotel, but I've stayed in much nicer places for less.
