「The hotel was 5 star, the staff was helpful to a point, the Restaurent food was good, only thing We did not like was that hotel did not provide wash cloth in the bathroom and hotel lobby was very slippery for senior citizens. Over all, our stay was ok. 」

Since the property is bang on the old mumbai Pune highway, and within the Lonavala town, one can opt for breakfast outside. Finally, it's a boutique resort and not a full service large one. 」

「The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. 「Comfortable stay Friendly and helpful staff」

「There was a major delay in check in- Although the official check in time was 2pm, we got the room by 4pm. Also the room provided had a clogged bathroom which needs to be cleaned. 」
