Good location, friendly staff. Only disadvantage if store luggage after check out, there are no storage area and all were left in corridor/ reception open area.

The wall is very thin. Basically you can hear the room next to you flash the toilet. If you are very sensitive to sound, it may wake you up. I couldn't hear the ambulance sound as my room doesn’t have window.
Other than that, the room is clean and bathroom is with decent size. It locates in a very good location. There is some good bar located nearby if you love cocktail.

Good hotel in a sad neighborhood. If you do not have a car you are essentially limited to the hotel restaurant as the city of Su'ao offer limited options for dining as a family. Similarly, it is hard to enjoy the Yilan region as the public transit options are not frequent and require extreme planning ...
