This place is overpriced. Breakfast was a joke, & they were out of eggs as 7 am one morning when I there. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk lady, she displayed no sense of apology.

The hotel was very clean in rooms and common areas and check-in was a breeze. The beds are super comfortable. There was no noise coming or going through the walls. We appreciated the number of parking stalls with electrical outlets during this cold snap. Friendly knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Nice big, clean room. Not a huge breakfast but enough to choose from. Hard-boiled eggs helped sustain us for our hike.

The hot tub was only available by appointment and when I checked in it was booked for the entire duration of my stay. Fitness room was very sparse with minimal equipment.

Great stay during family trip!
Hotel is great! We are a family of 4 and stayed here to go do some day hikes. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion is they tell customers there is no day service to empty garbage etc. I don’t need my room cleaned daily, but I didn’t know we were to leave garbage outside the door for pick up. Not an issue just would be good to tell customers that upon check in.

Our bathroom floor was covered in hair and we had to re-connect the flusher on the toilet. We were unable to use the hot tub facility as it was "all booked up" but we were never informed in advance that the listed facilities were required to be booked in advance.

Good Morning, Front desk would have happily moved you to a different room as we pride ourselves in our cleanliness and want all our guests to be comfortable during their stay. We recommend calling in advance regarding all facilities as we can not list these restrictions on our 3rd party booking sites. Thank you.

Very disappointed in the little sign on their counter ,that is easily missed stating they do no room cleaning during your stay and was also not advised at check in. Had the maid service sign out for two days and only found out of this practice when I went to front desk to complain

The staff were friendly but only if you spoke first. The general manager however was extremely rude. We were there for 6 days and saw him in the lobby on several occasions and not once did he say hi or even speak.

Good Morning, We pride ourselves in our customer service, however over the last week we did face, a power outage, telus installation and various other issues that may have taken away from our ability to be fully aware of our surroundings which may have caused a issue with how we great guests. With everyone having different preferences to how they are greeted we try our hardest not to over step with our guests that may not want to participate in small talk. We greet our guest with a smile every morning allowing guest to decide if they would like to chat. Thank you, Front Desk Team
