We are sorry if the typical downtown Tulum was not of your liking.

Dear guest. We're glad to hear our reception guy treat you nice when you did your check in. All our staff have been working here for a while already and they've been known for being friendly and helpful to all of our guests whenever they need something. We do have parking spots in our property and they can be used if needed but of course our guests can choose to use the street to park their cars because the area has been completely are so far and we have a System of cameras ( CCTV ) 24/7 on both sides so you can feel more secure. Cars passing and dogs barking are situations that we cannot control since they are external factors to the hotel. We are really honored that you chose Villas geminis as your hotel.
