The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and balloons — so sweet and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

Oasis in Tulum

This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Amazing Staff

My stay here was very comfortable. I felt safe here on my solo trip and the staff was there to help me with everything I needed. The staff here is amazing, friendly, and very professional.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in between downtown Tulum and the beach. The bike ride is a bit sketchy at night. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

A Favorite Stay

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The service here is great from the front desk all the way to the rooftop restaurant. I enjoy this place on solo trips and on trips with family and friends. The filtered water here tastes great and it's nice that you don't have to bother with plastic bottles.

Property was clean. Beer price was expensive and when we asked for confirmation that the price was correct the bartender ignored us. We also paid for breakfast and on the Monday they told us jt was not available. Better to go out for breakfast.

Nice hotel with close to local spots. Though, it was hard to find the hotel. Navigation first took me one way and then where it would tell you to turn it was blocked off and couldn't turn.
