Está bien pero tiene cosas importantes a mejorar.
La habitación muy amplia y confortable. La cama muy buena. No llega internet en la habitación, con lo cual no se puede utilizar la tv y tampoco el wifi en ningun dispositivo. Una contra también es el ruido externo de la calle pero por sobre todo del restaurant de abajo del hotel que a la noche el volumen de la música es muy alto. También por la mañana muy temprano, 7 AM se escucha ruido del restaurant y es molesto. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial.

We were just passing through Tulum so we only stayed for one night, but we very much enjoyed the hotel, and ate in the attached restaurant which was very good. Friendly and helpful staff at both the hotel and restaurant.

Clara the receptionist is the sweetest friendly and helpful! Quite property, clean and love all the plants. Front desk Booked our scooters $40 for 24hrs, gave us recommendations for near by food! Location is 10-15min away from beach & taxis are approx $40-$60 each way.

I really enjoyed my stay here from the 13th of July until the 17th! Insaias who was at the reception was really a great host and recommended me and my friend different activities and stuff to do! Pool was clean, room was also clean. Just need to ask for towels…we didnt get them directly from the room cleaning, we had to ask at reception. Area is nice and walkable (8 minutes) to the restaurants and bars! Overall very satisfied, thank you!

The location is perfect and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself was kept pretty clean. For some reason and I have no clue how but there were tons of mosquitoes in our room at ALLTIMES. There were mosquito corpses from previous tenants that were never cleaned so obviously this is an issue at this hotel. I stuffed a towel under the door and kept the windows shut at all times and there were still tons of them in the room. I had read reviews about the towel situation in this hotel and it is 100 percent true. You better keep your towel clean because you will not get fresh towels AT ALL throughout your stay regardless of how long you stay. We asked over and over and finally the day before we left we received a fresh towel each and they were old and stained so not sure if it was even a clean towel. I wouldn't stay here again because of the mosquito and towel situation but the staff was friendly.

The property is nice and location is good, however the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. The main issue we had is that there is no wifi in the room, it only works in communal areas. This also meant that the TV did not work, as it was Netflix/YouTube only. We let reception know and twice they said they’ll send someone but they never did. I suspect this is a known issue and not something that they feel needs to be resolved.

Really Noisy!! No PLACE TO REST!! I traveled 1 hour back just to have a nice rest and what a surprise!! They ran out of Water!!! It took 2 hours to service again!!! They really do not care about customers , I had too long!! Because they are not are aware of water supply!! Too expensive for not having water storage!! And Too NOISY!! It is not really worth the Price

The place is amazing but stuff wasn’t very nice and gave us a feeling we are not welcomed. Breakfast was told it would be at 8 but it only came out at 8:50 and delayed our schedule

The customer service here at Kaab is excellent, front desk receptionist were very friendly. Marco who you can find in the restaurant area was also very friendly. When we arrived we were given a room with king size bed & sleeper. We requested and PAID for two queen beds. 2) the room we were given was AWFUL, it smelled like urine and the sheets were dirty. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge. The suite was spacious but again the housekeeping is terrible. The “clean” bath towels in the bathroom were stained. Pool area was also a little dirty when we arrived around 3pm on a Monday.

This is a tough one to review, lots of ups and downs with this place. The location is great - free parking and walking distance to everything in town. The people at reception were pretty helpful and the room was comfortable, and the hot water did work if you let it run for a little while. Good place to be based out of if you're exploring the area. As others have noted, the safe didn't work in the room. It took two days to get it sorted but they let us store some things in the office safe in the meantime. What really got me was that they pulled the "gas station" scam on us at a meal. My partner paid with a $500 MXN bill, they said the bill was paid but wouldn't give her a receipt (she took a picture of it before they put it away). When we went to check out they said she had only given them $50 MXN and insisted we pay for the meal again. Taking advantage of customers is bad business, especially when the food was very unremarkable. Convenient place to stay, but I would definitely not stay here again. Dishonesty sucks, and there are loads of other good places to stay.

Great room/service with a couple of fixes needed
The room was huge - super spacious which was amazing! The way they decorated it looked great. Although the cleanliness was slightly under par - there were some small stains on the sheets and when we asked to have them chained they agreed but didn’t end up actually doing it. The shower drainage was also poor but they fixed that the next day. These couple of things lowered the ratings for me.

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. It was nice to have an oasis at the hotel and yet still be so close to town to walk to taco trucks and restaurants. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The one thing I would mention is the wifi signal isn’t very strong in the rooms but in the restaurant and common areas it works great! I would definitely return!

POOR INTERNET. NO CABLE TV. GREAT STAFF
Kaab Hotel is very good. It's clean and staff is very accommodating (Isaias and Gaston). The internet was absolutely awful. Almost never worked in the room The TV has NO Cable, so you get to watch Netflix but No Cable makes it useless. The STAFF did it's very best but INTERNET was something they couldn't help GUESTS with.

Stylish and scammy
Hotel is well maintained and very beautiful with the greenery around the pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is very convenient. We lost water twice during my stay and also power on the last day I was there. The whole town was out but there was no attempt to communicate to guests about this or to make us more comfortable- such as offering more bottles or water to brush teeth/wash face, or having some sort of back up power to at least allow a cell phone to charge. I came back to the hotel before midnight one day and there was no attendant and no one answered the phone when I called 3x over a 15 minute period. As a woman in a foreign country who doesn’t speak the language, I was scared and panicked in this moment. Luckily I found a place to stay but I received no apology from the hotel when I told them. I was just told, “he was probably in the bathroom.” Also, be warned not fall for their scams - you’ll pay more on anything they point you too. Every taxi they called for me cost much more than the ones I got on the street. I asked for a recommendation of a cenote to bike to From town. The staff said there were none and tried to sell us the one they take a cut from. We ended up walking 25 minutes to a great Cenote-so glad we didn’t listen! When I ordered a coffee from the restaurant I was brought an Americano. The waiter poured all the non-Americans the regular coffee, but brought me the more expensive one. I don’t like being scammed.

It was really nice in the hotel, the reception man was friendly and nice, he was aware to all we asked, and took care we didn’t miss anything. The manager of the hotel, Jose, asked about our experience, we came back to the hotel a week after! This hotel, is the best hotel in TULUM, for sure. I recommend everyone come to this hotel!
