The apartments are very nice, clean, and well decorated. However, the a/c in the common/living area is not sufficient to handle the space and it takes at least 24 hours to cool down. The pool water is very murky and the rooftop is unkept and uninviting.

Incredible stay in tulum. Located close to everything and immensely comfortable, I really loved loved loved this location. Perfect for walkability around centro tulum with the best shopping restaurants. The area has a local feel which adds to the homey feeling of this stay. I felt very comfortable here and checkin and check out was a breeze. Beautiful place with a nice bohemian charm. I miss it.

El internet del establecimiento es pésimo, se corta a cada rato y no sirve ni para ver Netflix en la televisión. El colchón de la cama es de pésima calidad, no pude descansar bien. El microondas y licuadora no funcionaban. Lo único para disfrutar del lugar es la pileta y terraza. Demasiado caro para el servicio que dan. Moisés el encargado es muy atento y educado
