Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "Recently remodeled hotel in great condition with friendly, helpful staff! The location can't be beat - the hotel is on the most beautiful part of Tulum beach with restaurants, coffee shops and yoga rooms in close walking distance -and the free bikes make Kira's a great deal. Would definitely recommend!"
