I love the front desk clerk, she brings great vibes and her smile is welcoming and radiant. I don't like that only 2 of the 5 washing machine works but again that doesn't take away from the staff professionalism.

Horrible! I was suppose to stay for two nights but I left the next morning because this smoke free motel was so smoky that I couldn’t breath! The toilet was broke & One towel for two guest. It was also very loud, I had drove 11 hours and didn’t get any sleep at this place bc it was so horrible! Now I have extra charges on my card when I didn’t even stay my full stay! A one night stay coat my almost $500!

Staff was not available on arrival at 7:35 pm had to call the number on the wall for an attendant. The attendant took over 15 min to arrive and check us in. Room was in sub-par condition and hallways smelt like marijuana all through the property

Staff was rude and I had to wait 20+ min for the clerk to get to the office so I could get to my room that I already paid for. Also, the rooms seems clean but I only had to 4 pillows( if you want to even call them pillows) for 4 ppl. When I asked for more she said she would have to get them out of storage. 4 hours later I still didn't have pillows and she refused to get me anymore from a vacant room. I will never use this hotel again.

I called to confirm that I was able to check in late with the front desk attendant on Friday May 1 and she said as long as it was before 2 AM. I arrived at approximately 12 AM to 12:20 AM and no one was at the desk. The desk was actually closed completely and no one was out there to help me and another guest trying to check in. I tried getting a refund and they’re denying my request even after I was told I was OK to check in late and on top of that she wrote it in the notes that I would be checking in late and that someone would be there at the desk waiting.

This was an awful stay. There were poop stains on the toilet, mold in the bathroom and poop or blood on the light switches. We saw a roach run across the hallway.
