There were nails on the floor, a roach in the room, stains and hairs on the sheets/pillows, no water, very dirty drawers, leaky ceiling, and tears in the walls and curtains. There was music playing loudly, starting at 9am, and it played until the evening. The hallway smelled horrendous and there were piles of trash next to the trash can on my floor, next to the elevator. The elevator was trashed, and had some damage done to it.

Hotel from Hell
Horrible from start to finish Clerks were rude . There was trash piled up in the hallway the room wasn’t clean. And the shower nor the sink would drain . They also took it upon themselves to deactivate our room key and check us out at 9:00 am and check out is 11:00 am . Never would I stay there again nor would I recommend they should be closed down permanently.

There was no breakfast they had one piece of toast and some oatmeal that did not look very appetizing. I and the young man that checked me in did not like his job did not want to be there. It was kind of rude. I was an inconvenience to him.

The place was FILTHY...from the hallway carpets to the inside of the rooms. We looked at 10 or 12 rooms before we found one that was just gross and filthy. Roach egg sacks and feces, food left in the sinks & microwaves, stained sheets, body & head hair all over the pillowcases and bathrooms. IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!! Andrea at the front desk was FULL of excuses and passing the buck. She called her manager and was suppose to get my $100 deposit back immediately. It's not happened yet. I wouldn't want my name associated with this hotel at all if I were you.

Breakfast had few options. Just toast and cereal. No butter. No sugar. The bed was uncomfortable. The front desk has a bell for service. Staff didn't seem present. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great Staff; Building Not Maintained
Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. I will say the staff we meet were excellent and friendly. Unfortunately, the property is not maintained. There was a lot of dust on the top of the bedframe. The carpet in our room was extremely stained and pulling off the wall. We didn't dare walk barefoot. The breakfast was a joke. The option was fruity pebbles or two pieces of bread left in the bag for toast. I will say for being next to a highway the inside of the building is very quiet.

I like nothing about my stay there!!! They were rude, lied about what room has or what u can get. For thier breakfast i was only offered dry cereal for a grab and go breakfast. Which im allergic to milk and was told it was all they have and thats it. My room was filthy. With pubic hair in tub and on bottom sheet with stains all over the bedding. The floor was filthy and hadnt even been vaccummed. The halways were un cleaned with trash on floor. My door was all bent in at lock were it had been pried open. For any unbelievers i have pictures it was nasty. I ended up sleeping for a hour in the chair

The first room given to me was not clean and bedding was not clean. Requested a second room and the second room was also dirty. At this point I chose to leave the hotel and go to another hotel. Management would not return my money for the stay.

Very disappointed overall
As soon as we opened the door the main light was burnt out and wouldnt turn on. The room was about 100 degrees. There was a problem with the toilet and it would run for a really long time. There was a hole poked straight thru the front door of the microwave. Which could have been really dangerous if we had tried to use it. Someone had taken the door peephole out and you could literally look straight into the room from outside in the hallway. And the overall condition of the room in general was pretty poor.

The moment we read our guest's review we pass on the note to the concerned department and starts working on it. Not what was advertised!
It was not as advertised! No working television, no coffee maker, no free breakfast (as advertised), no iron or ironing board and no in room phone! Terrible! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! 299.00 a night! I’m sure the price was because of the PGA tournament? My complaints were documented but we’ve heard nothing from management. .

Great staff in a terrible hotel
Hard to know what to write. People have been negative about the staff, but they were awesome. Everyone of them was helpful and bent over backwards to help us out and make our stay comfortable. But, the place is a pit. I would never stay here again in a million years. The only one positive thing is that the bathrooms were actually pretty clean, another testament to the quality staff. Someone should hire these people away from the dismal hotel. I know it is only $70/night, but I have never stayed in a worse hotel.
