The staff was excellent. They quickly resolved any questions we had. The location was great for us as we were traveling with our fur babies. There was lots of green space for them and the areas were well lit at night. I will stay there again. I arrived expecting the room that I saw on Expedia. That room offered more space and a seating area; however, upon arrival I learned that because I had requested an accessible room, that room was unavailable. That information was unavailable to me on the website.😔 I selected this property because it was pet friendly. There was no mention of the amount of the charge for this. Upon arrival I learned the extra charge was $20/dog per night. I feel all the information should have been available on the Expedia booking site.

I loved everything about my stay here at quality inn. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The pool is clean and enjoyable. Love their continental breakfast in the mornings. Housekeeping was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. And the price per night was absolutely affordable!

The area in the location was good, it felt safe and secure. It was clean and tidy. However, there were some issues such as the disconnection with the TV and the loud and consistent banging at 8:00-9:30 am. The checkout was at 11 am and i kept getting disturbed before hand.

It was low pricing, so I should have known. Lots of weed smells throughout the day and night, lots of drunk construction workers talking loudly throughout the night. Staff was friendly enough, and the rooms were clean enough. It’s just an old hotel that they’re trying to survive.

Needs a little help!

Toilet seat was broken and not attached so kept sliding around. Would they not notice that when cleaning it? The outlets would not hold anything plugged in. They kept falling out! A/C unit was so loud. The curtains were too long so they would blow into the room when A/c was running. Probably why all the rooms had the curtains folded up in the window, which looked sloppy. The good…breakfast was good, staff was friendly, great water pressure in the shower!

Would definitely book here again…

Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The shower and bath had great water pressure and was perfectly hot for soaking out sore travel muscles. Beds were decently comfortable, although the blankets were lighter weight than we liked for winter but most likely perfect for summer. Everything smelled fresh and looked clean. Breakfast had quite a few options, some eggs, ability to make waffles, toast, or bagels. Cereals. Fruit and yogurt. + more. We would have also enjoyed a breakfast meat option but nothing was available. Friendly staff any time we interacted. Everything felt quiet and very safe. Close to several dining options, shopping, grocery and more. Would have liked the room to be better stocked with towels and tp especially for our extended stay but very minor inconvenience in an overall very positive experience. We would definitely stay again.
