Pool "closed for the season"?! You mean Spring & Summer? T.V. did not work 1st night. Not enough towels for 4 guests. These rooms did not come with a microwave or coffee maker. Water park in town permanently shut down, The Plex facility permanently closed. For a Hotel with -by Hilton I expected more for the money spent. Breakfast wast nice, parking is ok if you check in early, otherwise good luck. Room was clean. Staff were above average. If you must stay in Wichita Falls, you could find something just as nice or better for less. Definitely shop around 1st and very all amenities are available.

Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially a maintenance issue - hopefully this is not a problem with all their doors. But nevertheless the staff should be advised that they need to ensure doors are locked when they are done. Despite many positives we will not be staying there in the future due to this issue.

The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in, and the elevator was no better. It immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. The rooms are noticeably outdated and run down. On the positive side, I didn't see any bugs and the bedding appeared clean — so there's that, at least.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The staff were wonderful. This is a great location near the shops and restaurants at the RiverWalk and right next to the aquarium.

I’ve stayed in this hotel probably 5 times now and always have a good experience. Each room is about the same but specifically this time I thought the room wasn’t quite as clean as my previous stays. Also, this specific room’s hairdryer was covered in some greasy substance, the toilet tank looked like it was going to fall off the toilet, there was no exhaust in the bathroom so after multiple people showered there were puddles of water sitting everywhere. With that being said, the front desk receptionist was extremely nice, the pool was clean, the breakfast was better this stay than anytime before. So even with some things that were subpar, I would go back!

Pool initially wasn't available due to maintenance but we were given additional swim time later that evening to make up for this. room was clean. breakfast was good. staff was EXCELLENT-in particular the lady in afternoon/night shift she was personable and a joy to deal with.

One of our beds was a sofa bed and it literally fell through. No one was able to use it. When I went to the desk they said they are a new owner and are still going through everything. Stayed here because of the indoor pool. Not working. Trash everywhere and never dumped. Went to breakfast. No fruit, yogurt, juice and the coffee machine stopped working. The worst hotel ever! Since I made the reservation through Expedia they said I had to contact you for a refund.

Major stuff like cleanliness and food just fine. A few items kept this from being 5 star review though. We had a 4 night stay. The bed was not made after either of our first 2 nights. We don’t need sheets changed but it would have been nice to have a made bed to come back to after a long day. 2nd day only left us 1 bath towel for 2 people. Next night we got 3 bath towels but only 1 set of hand towel/wash cloth. Neither room key worked the second night. Had to go back down from the 4th floor to get them reset. They worked fine for the next 3 days.
